#7w3 Database Annotations

LO1 - To demonstrate your understanding of how to to create a database by creating annotated screenshots

Take screenshots showing how you created your year 7 activities database

• Your screenshots must show and explain the following things
• The design view of your database
• The primary key
• Field names
• Datatypes
• How you set the number of decimal places
• How you imported the 376 pupil records

• Print your annotated screenshots and put them in your folder. 
• Before printing you should:
• Save your work with a sensible name
• Spell check it
• Make sure that your name is in the header or footer
• Make sure you have a sensible title

• Extension: Create a PowerPoint about how databases are used in a business of your choice
