Starter 

Look at these three ways of presenting your packaging build.

  • Which is the best way? 
  • Why did you think that? 
  • What tools do you think they have used to create them?


Extension: How would you grade them against the mark scheme?

For 1 mark, a student may have needed guidance, but must have used bitmap
tools to develop some elements, demonstrating limited awareness of audience and
purpose.

For 3 marks, a student must have used bitmap tools to develop some elements
that meet most of the requirements and demonstrate some awareness of audience
and purpose.

For 5 marks, a student must have used bitmap tools to develop elements that
meet most of the requirements and demonstrate good awareness of audience and purpose.

For 7 marks, a student must have used bitmap tools to develop a collection of
elements that meets the requirements and demonstrates sound awareness of
audience, purpose and medium.

For 9 marks, a student must have developed a collection of effective elements that meets the requirements and demonstrates astute awareness of audience,purpose and medium.
Main

1. Set up a new A4 canvas in Photoshop (29cm x 21cm)
2. Open your two packaging photos in Photoshop
3. Create a display of your packaging
