LO2 - To develop ideas for your project
Starter
- Click here and read what the heroes and villains project is all about
- Make sure that you read all of the different sections
Main
Task 1 - Mind Map
- Go to bubbl.us and create a mind map of your ideas for the project
- On your mind map you must include:
- Target audience Who will the game be for?
- Type of game What type of game do you want to produce products for? For example, you might choose a board game, a computer game or an online role playing game.
- Characters Who or what will you choose for a hero and a villain? For example, you could use cartoon characters, animals, mythical creatures, people or a combination of these.
- Products Outline your ideas for the characters, phone wallpaper, trading cards and box, and digital poster.
- Resources How will you gather the main elements you need? Remember that you must comply with copyright.
- When you have finished click on the export button and then save your mind map as a PNG and save it in your Sites --> DA203 SPB --> Evidence --> Proposal folder
Extension Task
- Use Microsoft Powerpoint to create a moodboard of images relating to the project and the ideas
Plenary
- Click here and log on to your school email
- Go on to your ICT blog (More-->Blogger in the top black bar)
- Write a new blog post telling me what you have learnt and acheieved in today's lesson
- Add an image of the mind map that you saved earlier
