- Open your screenshots in Microsoft Word
- Task 2
- Sort your spreadsheet into a different order
- Take a screenshot
- Add it to the bottom of your screenshots in Word
- Task 3
- Annotate your screenshots
- You can print them out and write on them by hand if you like
- Paste these two questions into word at the end of your screenshots and answer them
- How could you make your spreadsheet better?
- Explain how a spreadsheet like this might be used in ‘the real world’ and give examples
