Lesson Objectives: To create evidence of your moodboard

Outcomes:You will have photographed and begun to annotate your moodboard photographs

Task 1 - Finish your Moodboard

  • The target audience
  • The game genre (type of game)
  • The style of the game (how it will look)
  • How you imagine the scenes
  • How you imagine the characters might look
  • Other items inspired by the back story
  • What you think the player might have to do during the game
  • Fonts and styles
  • Colour schemes
  • Ideas for any music, sound effects or speech
  • How your game will be tested
  • Anything else you think is important

 

Task 2 - Photograph Your Moodboard
  • Use the digital camera to take photos of your moodboard
    • 1 of the whole moodboard
    • 1 of each of the different parts of your moodboard
  • Make sure all photos are clear 


Task 3 - Annotate Your Photographs
  • Put all of your photographs into Microsoft Publisher on the left hand side
  • Next to each photo annotate to explain the items in that photo
