Task 1 - MindMap

1. Go to www.examtime.com

2.Create a new account by clicking on the red Google Signup button and giving your school email account

3. Click on the Create button in the top left corner and choose MindMap

4. Give your mind map the title “RAM and ROM”

5. On your mind map answer the following questions:
 


  • What does RAM stand for?
  • What does ROM stand for?
  • What is the purpose of RAM?
  • What is the purpose of ROM?
  • What does volatile and non-volatile mean? Is RAM volatile or non-volatile? Is ROM volatile or non-volatile?
  • What is stored in the RAM?
  • What is stored in the ROM?
  • Can you change what is stored in the RAM?
  • Can you change what is stored in the ROM?
  • Any useful images that you find

Task 2 – Add your mind map to your blog
  • Click on the share button in the top right hand corner of your mind map
  • Copy the embed code
  • Start a new post on your blog with the title RAM and ROM
  • Paste the embed code into the HTML of your blog post
  • View your blog online to check your mind map appears in it
