LO2 - To develop an overview of your game idea
Starter
- Go to this link http://goo.gl/5S1cZ. Read what you have to do for the Game Overview.
- Do you understand what you need to do?
- Explain to a partner what you will do for the game overview
Main
1. Using software of your choice create your Game Overview. It must include at least:
- Background story This is where you tell the player what happened up to the point that they start playing. This must be based on one of the given stories
- Target audience You may choose any age group up to 14 years old, boys and/or girls.
- Purpose/objective State what the player has to do to complete the game.
- PEGI rating Give the Pan European Game Information (PEGI) rating.
2. You might want to look at this example from last year to help you - but try to create your own if you can

3. Make sure that you include some space for teacher feedback at the bottom of your game overview

- Make sure that your Game Overview is saved in the Sites --> DA204SPB --> Evidence
- Email me (m.smith@wildern.hants.sch.uk) with your completed Game Overview
- Using Adobe Dreamweaver link up your Game Overview on the Index page we created last lesson
