- LO - To appreciate what features make for an effective game review so that you will be able to develop a full mark review of your own
- OUTCOME - You will have developed a layout for your review using appropriate software
- Look at these example reviews
- Think about what key features are in these reviews that make them effective

- Task 1
- What software will you use for this task? Publisher , Photoshop , Fireworks
- What size will your template be? A4 (21cm x 29.7cm) A3 (29.7cm x 42cm(
- Will you use portrait or landscape orientation?
- Task 2
- Using your paper designs from cover lesson last term and what we have looked at today create your empty review templates
- Task 3
- Get a test reviewer to play your completed game and give you feedback comments for your review
- Make sure your write the comments down - blog post maybe?
- EXTENSION:
- Begin filling in the template that you have created
- Think carefully about the style of writing and the kind of words that you use
- Make sure that you write in the 3rd person
- Save your review template as a PNG
- Post an image of your completed layout on to your blog
- Attend a clinic if you need to complete missing work
