- Choose one of the different 3d character nets - cut it out and try to build it
- Can you understand how it works? How could you make your own character using a net like this?
- Task 1 - Design Your 3D Hero Net
- Using two of the empty net templates draw a 3d net for your hero and villain
- The requirements it must meet are:
- be a single net that folds to make the character
- fit on one sheet of A4
- include fold and cut lines, and areas to be glued
- include clear instructions on how each character should be assembled
- Task 2 - Design Your 3D Villain Net
- Using two of the empty net templates draw a 3d net for your hero and villain

- Task 3 - Evidence Your Work
- Using a digital camera take a photo of your character designs from last lesson and your 3d nets from today's lesson
- Save them into your Sites Folder --> DA203SPB --> PRODUCTS --> 3D Character Designs
- Give them each a sensible name so that you will be able to find them easily when you will need them
- Write a new post on your blog telling me what you have learnt in today's lesson
- Do your 3d nets work? Could you make them better? How?
- Complete your 3d net designs for next lesson if you haven't done it already
